This necklace is made with Shell Pearls featuring 5 teardrop dangles.  This was a common style in Georgian Jewelry, as is shown in the Regency portrait in the first image. 

This necklace is 16" long with an extender chain for flexible sizing and is made with Nickel-free Gold-plated findings.
